Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times (Standard):

• Nigeria: 2–5 business days

• International: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note, once your package is in the hands of the courier, delivery times are out of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or postal issues.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your item is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking it down. While we can’t control courier operations, we will do everything possible to help resolve delivery issues.
