The Archive Policy

We strive for unparalleled satisfaction in every ritual. Should your curated selection not meet the Maison standards, we offer a refined return process for unopened archives within 30 days of acquisition.

Initiating Return

Communicate with our concierge team at returns@tinabeauty.com with your archive reference. A complimentary shipping label will be provided within 24 hours.

Refund Protocol

Upon inspection at our studio, the acquisition amount will be credited to your original payment channel within 5-7 boutique business days.

Exclusions

In preservation of botanical hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for essences that have been opened or utilized. Faulty or damaged arrivals will be handled with immediate priority by our Concierge.
